What does Invisalign treatment involve?

Your WA Dental provider completes an orthodontic exam, ensuring Invisalign is the right choice for you. Then, they take scans of your mouth and upload them to a computer design program. Your provider creates a custom treatment plan and sends your scans to an Invisalign lab. The lab then creates a series of removable Invisalign aligners. 

During treatment, you visit WA Dental every few weeks. At each checkup, your provider monitors the movement of your teeth and jaw and provides you with a new set of Invisalign aligners.

How long does the Invisalign process take?

The time that Invisalign treatment takes depends on the alignment problems treated and your commitment to the team’s plan. Most people achieve their desired results in about 12 months*, but it may take 18 months or even longer.
